So I’m going out of town for about 3 months and when I come back i want to be about 15 inches smaller in my belly! does anyone know of a SURE way to get rid of my big belly FAST!??
I already know that I need to do cardio to get the fat off but if I do A LOT of ab workouts will that speed up the fat loss in my belly area?

    You have abs, they are just covered by fat. Trust me…cuz if you didn’t you couldn’t sit up, twist or even do much of anything.

    Your ‘belly’ is just where you body stores fat. Kinda like a fridge. Your fridge stores all your food, but you don’t have to eat at the fridge to empty it. But, whenever you’re hungry, that’s where you go first. Same with your body. When it needs to burn fat, no matter what you are doing…it gets it from there.

    The BEST way to burn fat is by combining cardio and weight lifting. If you can’t lift weights, do body weight exercises. Look up boot camp / military workouts. I also ‘went away for three months’, and I never lifted anything but my own body.

  2. make sure you do cardio and sit up or crunch exercise

  3. do pilates daily and stay on a low carb diet

    Its about losing the stuff covering the abs..

    Here’s a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great diet tips and workouts and showed me what I was doing wrong before…
