Here are some questions to take into consideration about the routine please give me some suggestions and ideas and routines, anything to help.
should i eat before or after i do an excerice ( runnning, breakdancing)?
how long should i run for? or how far?
should i run fast and get my heartbeat realy high or jog for a long time?
how many times should i go out for a run each day? week? how often should i run?
when is the best time to run?
what should i wear when i run? sweatpants and sweater? or shorts and tshirt?
how many sit up or push ups should i do each day? how much sets?
i also breakdance but i cant do any powermoves cause im not strong enough so i want to get stronger and more fit.

JustAnt asked: I am a 26 year old male. Im 6’2” & 200lbs. I’m very athletic. I just started back in the gym a month ago, from a 6 month layoff, and Im looking for suggestions that I can implement in my workout to help me burn fat more effectively.
Diet…my diet is very strict. Im on a high protein, low carb/low fat diet. I’m eating about 5 times a day(egg whites, grilled chicken breast, lean turkey, whey protein,etc…all the good stuff). I am drinking plenty of water also. So Im not concerned with my diet so much. Ive got it under control.
Workout…Im working out 4-6 days per week. I start with 10 minutes on the treadmill , running about a mile. Then I workout for about an hour lifting weights. Then I hit the treadmill one more time for another 10 minute run, for about a mile.
Lookin 4 suggestions in my overall routine to help me just burn a little fat. Basically to tone up really well. Right now Im in pretty good shape, but not quite as lean or defined as Id like. Thanks for your suggestions!

3 days a week I will walk 90 mins at about 4.5 mph (about 6.5 miles)
4 days I jog for 30 mins at about 5 mph (about 2.5 miles)
Let me know if this is a decent routine. If you have any suggestions for maximum fat burn let me know.

♥ Animal Luvr ♥ asked: What exercises can I do that will either burn off fat or turn the fat I have into muscle? I wouldn’t mind losing 15 lbs. or so but if I could turn those 15 into muscle that would be fine too. What specific things should I do…such as elliptical, treadmill, weights, different workout machines etc.
This gym has everything so whatever will help please let me know.

Katie S asked: I’ve had two seperate trainers who have given me two different stories when it comes to cardio v. strength training orders during my workout. One suggests doing all the cardio first and then the weights. The other suggest a 5 minute cardio warmup, weights and then 30+ cardio. He says this will help your body burn more fat and build more muscle… anyone have any thoughts?
I’m a 25 year old female, 5′7″ and just trying to tone up- not loose a bunch of weight.
