-before you eat breakfast do 40 sit ups
-for breakfast eat 1 cup of special k cereal
-in the afternoon, for lunch eat fruits or fat free yogurt
-after lunch -jog or walk around the block or walk or jog somewhere
-jog around your house 5 or 10 times
-then do 40 sit ups, 20 push ups, 80 jumping jacks then do that again for three times
-for snacks eat fruits or veggies
- later on, for dinner eat salad with a light dressing or eat grilled chicken with steamed veggies (if your eating rice with that, make sure thats half of cup of rice)
-for dessert, eat fruits
-later on, at 6 or 7 oclock, bike somewhere for 45 mins or 1 hour
