But like I said, I have always been relatively slim, so I was really shocked that I had a double chin, and it kept showing up in picture after picture.  I had to figure out how to get rid of double chin fast because I was starting to get self-conscious about it.  I was always stretching my neck out like a rooster thinking it was hiding it.

After doing some research online, and trying multiple things, I came up with 2 habits you must obey to get rid of your double chin fast - and I mean it can start to go away in as little as 2-3 days.  Actually,there are 3 ways, but the 3rd is surgery, and I’m not willing to pay that much to go under the knife.  Especially when that knife is so close to my neck!

So, here are the 2 habits, each described below - 1) supercharge your metabolism and 2) quality of fuel.

My Super Secret Metabolism Booster

If you want to get rid of your double chin fast, you have to not only eat right, but you also have to supercharge your metabolism - even if you are slim already.  Take it from me, I learned this the hard way.  

So, how exactly do you do this?

To supercharge your metabolism, you want to actually increase the number of times you eat per day.  Now, I’m not saying eat 5 Big Macs instead of 2!  The goal is to eat 5-6 small, healthy meals, or snacks if you will, per day.  

This does 2 things - it increases your metabolism and it keeps food in you constantly.  Increasing your metabolism will help you get rid of your double chin fast because your body will burn more calories.  Also, by keeping food in your belly, you won’t get “over-hungry” and stuff yourself in one sitting.

Quality of Fuel

How do you expect to get rid of your double chin fast if the fuel you put in your body is junk?  Surprising as it may sound, eating fast food and candy bars will actually make your double chin worse!  I know, it’s shocking.

But seriously, if you want to make that double chin disappear fast, you have to put the right fuel in your body.  The primary culprits here are salt, sugar and fat.  Salt makes you hold water, which makes you feel fat.  Sugar (empty calories) will be stored as short-term fuel.  And if not used, will turn to fat.  And fat is fat - you don’t really need an explanation on fat.

In summary, what you want to do is eat 5-6 small meals per day consisting of fresh vegetables, lean meats (if not vegan), beans, nuts, and egg whites.  Stay away from milk, sweets, chips, fruit (yes fruit - it has a lot of sugar), orange juice, processed meats (like hot dogs), etc.

In essence you are putting only natural, fresh foods in your system, and cleaning out all the junk.

When you exercise in this way, the muscles suffer many small tears and need a good source of protein to help repair and strengthen them. If you are intending to do an intense workout, or undertake any heavy exercise you need to make sure you eat appropriately.

2. Change your habits in stages. Allow yourself plenty of time to make small changes to your eating habits, such as choosing reduce fat milk instead of full fat milk. When you’re comfortable with this, make another change. For example, snack on fresh fruit rather than biscuits.

The same goes for activity. Gradually increase the intensity and the amount of physical activity you do each day. Find activities that you enjoy.

3. Choose organic - sometimes - avoiding unnecessary chemicals in fresh produce makes sense, but may not be necessary for all fruit and veggie. Buy organic lettuce, herbs, tomatoes, capsicum, apples, berries, and root vegetables, but don’t worry spending the extra on oranges, lemons, bananas, and other produce with thick or inedible skins. Remember to always wash or peel before eating.

4. You might think the chocolate bar you eat at 3pm every day is the only thing that will get you through an afternoon at work but, in actual fact, sweet sugary treats are only likely to leave you feeling lacking in energy in the long run. Foods that have a high sugar content give the body an instant sugar hit. While your blood sugar levels peak very quickly after eating sugary foods they also fall very quickly and that ‘yo yo’ affect can leave you feeling tired and lethargic.

5. Don’t eat to cure the blues - reaching for the biscuit tin because you feel stressed? The key to fat loss is recognizing your own triggers for emotional eating. If you want to eat, and you’re not hungry - stop and ask yourself “What is it I really want?”: Is it to feel less anxious, sad, stressed? If the answer is ‘Yes’, then you need to workout ways to deal with the situations that are causing you to feel anxious or depressed. Doing some exercise could help ease stress, or you might feel better if you call a friend to have a chat.

6. If you can’t avoid it, eat out smart - Go Low-Cal with Fast Food. Sometimes you’re in a rush and simply have to stop by the fast food place for a bite to eat. But instead of choosing the old burgers and fries - why not eat healthy, and order a salad, or grilled chicken sandwich, a healthy sub, fruit, yogurt, etc. Eating a healthier lunch will make you feel energized instead of sluggish.

7. Exercise during your best time of day. Are you a morning person? If you are then you will get your best output from your workouts. If you’re a night person, then try working out in the evening. You will need to experiment with this until you find your sweet spot. And the key here is be consistent with your workout and your healthy habits.

8. Get into Strength training! Muscles are not only great for men, but beneficial for women too. Weight training alone will not make you bulky. No one has ever woken up to discover that they’ve turned into the hulk overnight. And for women, you just do not have the hormones and muscle tissues to bulk up! Fat Loss for Idiots Review - How I Lost 30lbs in 30 Days

Many people have seen my summer weight loss video on youtube and have been sending emails wondering if it’s really possible to lose that much weight with the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet Program. So I am writing this Fat Loss For Idiots Review in an FAQ style to address some of the most common questions I get. The Fat Loss For Idiots Review Will be two parts because there are quite a few important questions that I want to address.

Does the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet Include Exercises?

No It Does Not. It is purely diet based. The genius of this program is in manipulating your diet to bring about the results you desire. It is possible to get your body into great shape just by diet manipulation alone. Will you look like a fitness model? NO! To get “that” kind of a body you will have to workout. But it is very possible to slim down and get in great looking shape utilizing ONLY the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet. As a matter of fact this is one reason I like this so much was I love going to the gym but when I hurt my ankle I couldn’t go anymore so I needed something that could help me lose weight without having to go to the gym. Frankly I didn’t expect to have the results I did and still do have. It started out as a way to just trim a FEW pounds and to make sure I didn’t get too fat while I wasn’t going to the gym. It became much more than that because I still follow it today and it has changed the way I eat forever.

What Kind of a Diet Is the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet?

This diet is not like traditional diets such as low fat, low calorie, low carb or those fad diets (which ive tried them all) like the cabbage soup diet (so stupid) or those hoodia things. Now I’m not saying that those don’t work because they definitely do. As a matter of fact I think I lost weight on almost all of them. BUT… it wasn’t permanent. The problem with most diets is just that! They are diets! If you are on a diet that means when you get off the diet you go back to your old habits which got you fat in the first place. That was always my problem. With the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet you learn how to eat for the most part pretty normal foods that you are already buying but you learn to eat in the right proportions and the right combinations. This is called Calorie Shifting.

What Kind of Food Do You Get to Eat on the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet?

I really liked this part because there are certain Foods To Eat To Lose Weight and on this program you can still pretty much eat foods you are used to. You don’t have to buy any special foods or anything like that. The ONLY problem for me with this though was the portions and the fact that I couldn’t go to McDonald’s. McDonald’s has been my BIGGEST deterrent to weight loss and for those of you that go to McDonald’s you’re just gonna have to choose between being thin and healthy or fat and tired. Giving up McDonald’s fries was SOOOO hard for me but the great part is now that my diet and weight is in check I can go out once or twice a month and eat a medium fry. And to be honest after you stop eating that crap you don’t even crave it at all. I’m just going to give you a sample of some of the foods you can eat on the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet.

Cottage cheese (I know most of you won’t like this one), Lots of Fruit, Fish, Pasta, Salads, Oatmeal, Turkey sandwiches, scrambled eggs and there is so much more there’s no reason to even go on.

Now I’ll address another question here because many people send me emails saying that they already eat healthy food like that and I know exactly how you feel because I did too! The PROBLEM is the portion, timing and combination of foods. And that’s what the Fat Loss For Idiots Diet helped me out with was the correct portioning and combination of foods.
